Backers have received an address confirmation email in early May as part of the fulfillment preparation process. At that time, fulfillment was expected to begin earlier.

However, the campaign inventory arrived at our warehouse in several shipments, and the final shipment arrived later than originally expected. As a result, the start of fulfillment was pushed back slightly.

Fulfillment is now in progress, and our team is working through the Canadian orders carefully to ensure shipments are packed accurately before they leave our warehouse.

Most importantly, backers who have not received their order yet should not be concerned. If your order did not ship in Wave 1, it is likely part of Wave 2. The Isofarian Guard is a highly anticipated board game project, and therefore campaign fulfillment required organized receiving, order preparation, packing, and carrier coordination. First, our team prepared the available campaign products for shipment. Then, once the orders were ready, we moved through the Canadian fulfillment process to get parcels on their way to backers across the country.

In addition, our team supported the campaign using the same Canada-focused approach we bring to board game publishers and crowdfunding creators. This includes local handling, practical shipping coordination, and a fulfillment process designed around the specific needs of campaign-based projects.

Most importantly, Pick & Pack Logistics did not hold back the available products while waiting for the playmat add-on. As a result, Canadian backers who ordered available items could receive the main portion of their rewards sooner, while the playmat component will follow separately when it becomes available for shipping.

Notes for Backers

The main Canadian fulfillment for The Isofarian Guard has been completed. However, playmats are not yet available for shipment. Backers who included a playmat in their order should receive the available products first, and the playmat will be shipped separately once it arrives and is ready for fulfillment.
