Pick & Pack Logistics has completed main Canada fulfillment for the Isofarian Guard by Sky Kingdom Games. As a Canadian fulfillment partner for crowdfunding campaigns, our role is to help publishers move from campaign completion to reliable delivery with clear processes and careful execution.

The Isofarian Guard is a highly anticipated board game project, and therefore campaign fulfillment required organized receiving, order preparation, packing, and carrier coordination. First, our team prepared the available campaign products for shipment. Then, once the orders were ready, we moved through the Canadian fulfillment process to get parcels on their way to backers across the country.

In addition, our team supported the campaign using the same Canada-focused approach we bring to board game publishers and crowdfunding creators. This includes local handling, practical shipping coordination, and a fulfillment process designed around the specific needs of campaign-based projects.

Most importantly, Pick & Pack Logistics did not hold back the available products while waiting for the playmat add-on. As a result, Canadian backers who ordered available items could receive the main portion of their rewards sooner, while the playmat component will follow separately when it becomes available for shipping.

Notes for Backers

The main Canadian fulfillment for The Isofarian Guard has been completed. However, playmats are not yet available for shipment. Backers who included a playmat in their order should receive the available products first, and the playmat will be shipped separately once it arrives and is ready for fulfillment.

First, our team prepared the Canadian fulfillment flow for the campaign based on the final order data and campaign requirements. Then, we processed the orders through our system, packed the shipments, and moved them into the carrier network for delivery across Canada.

Because orders ship domestically after arriving at the Canadian hub, the process can help create a smoother delivery experience for backers. Why we created it (and why now)

The Game Outlet was created as part of a recovery effort following Final Frontier Games—where a practical, transparent way to sell remaining inventory only was needed to close the loop responsibly.

That experience highlighted something important: when remaining inventory is managed with a real process, it creates value instead of stress.

So we decided to keep The Game Outlet as a long-term option for publishers going forward.

The Game Outlet is not a substitute for crowdfunding fulfillment.

It is intended for remaining inventory after fulfillment—units that would otherwise sit in storage indefinitely.
