Notes for Backers
Backers have received an address confirmation email in early May as part of the fulfillment preparation process. At that time, fulfillment was expected to begin earlier.
However, the campaign inventory arrived at our warehouse in several shipments, and the final shipment arrived later than originally expected. As a result, the start of fulfillment was pushed back slightly.
Fulfillment is now in progress, and our team is working through the Canadian orders carefully to ensure shipments are packed accurately before they leave our warehouse.
