The Sheep (by Zero Strategy Games) Canada Fulfillment Update

Pick & Pack Logistics has completed the first wave of Canada fulfillment for The Sheep for Zero Strategy Games. Our team supports Canadian crowdfunding campaigns by receiving products, preparing orders, packing rewards carefully, and coordinating shipments across Canada.

Campaign Snapshot (Canada)

  • Publisher: Zero Strategy Games
  • Campaign: The Sheep
  • Region: Canada
  • Start date: April 14, 2026
  • Status: First wave completed
  • Orders: Approximately 153 Canadian orders in Wave 1
  • Configurations/SKUs: Two-wave campaign fulfillment

The Sheep will ship in Canada across two waves. First, Pick & Pack Logistics completed the initial group of approximately 153 Canadian orders. Then, once the next wave becomes ready, our team will process the remaining Canadian orders as part of Wave 2.

For Pick & Pack Logistics, campaign fulfillment often requires flexibility because each project has its own timeline, product mix, and shipping structure. Therefore, our team focuses on practical execution, clear coordination, and a Canada-specific process designed for board game and crowdfunding campaigns.

Most importantly, backers who have not received their order yet should not be concerned. If your order did not ship in Wave 1, it is likely part of Wave 2. Zero Strategy Games and Pick & Pack Logistics expect Wave 2 to move forward in May, and we will provide additional updates as the next wave progresses.

Notes for Backers

The first Canadian fulfillment wave for The Sheep is now complete. However, the project includes two fulfillment waves. If you have not received your order yet, your order is likely part of Wave 2. That second wave should take place in May, and additional updates will follow once it moves forward.

KeyForge: Draconian Measures (by Ghost Galaxy) Fulfillment in Canada

Pick & Pack Logistics has completed fulfillment in Canada for KeyForge: Draconian Measures by Ghost Galaxy. This campaign brought another exciting tabletop project to Canadian backers, and our team supported the logistics work from our Mississauga fulfillment center.

Campaign Snapshot (Canada)

  • Publisher: Ghost Galaxy
  • Campaign: KeyForge: Draconian Measures
  • Region: Canada
  • Fulfillment start date: April 28, 2026
  • Status: Completed
  • Orders: Approximately 50 Canadian orders
  • Configurations/SKUs: Campaign-specific fulfillment configurations

Canadian Campaign Fulfillment for Ghost Galaxy

First, our team prepared the Canadian fulfillment flow for the campaign based on the final order data and campaign requirements. Then, we processed the orders through our system, packed the shipments, and moved them into the carrier network for delivery across Canada.

In addition, Canadian fulfillment gives publishers a more localized option for reaching backers. Because orders ship domestically after arriving at the Canadian hub, the process can help create a smoother delivery experience for backers. As a result, publishers can better support their Canadian community while keeping campaign logistics organized.

Moreover, tabletop campaigns often involve unique product formats, campaign-specific SKUs, and careful handling requirements. Therefore, working with a fulfillment partner that understands board games, crowdfunding timelines, and Canadian shipping can make a meaningful difference.

Most importantly, Pick & Pack Logistics focuses on clear communication, reliable execution, and practical fulfillment support for publishers shipping to Canada. For KeyForge fulfillment, our team was pleased to support Ghost Galaxy and help complete the Canadian portion of the campaign.

Why We Built The Game Outlet — And Who It’s For

Board game consignment is a simple way for publishers to sell through remaining inventory after fulfillment—without leftover stock becoming a distraction. That’s why Pick & Pack Logistics built The Game Outlet: a structured outlet to sell remaining board game inventory in Canada.

Board Game Consignment: The Remaining Inventory Problem

Remaining inventory isn’t “bad planning.” It’s normal in crowdfunding and publishing.

The real issue is what happens afterward:

  • inventory sits on pallets for months
  • storage costs continue
  • the publisher spends time on small, one-off orders
  • selling the last units pulls focus away from new launches

The Game Outlet exists to turn “leftover stock” into a simple sell-through plan.

What is The Game Outlet?

The Game Outlet is a Shopify store operated by Pick & Pack Logistics, designed to sell remaining board game inventory in Canada.

It’s run by a team that already handles board game operations every day—receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, and customer service—so execution stays consistent and professional.

Visit The Game Outlet here: https://boardgames.pnplogistics.ca/

Why we created it (and why now)

The Game Outlet was created as part of a recovery effort following Final Frontier Games—where a practical, transparent way to sell remaining inventory only was needed to close the loop responsibly.

That experience highlighted something important: when remaining inventory is managed with a real process, it creates value instead of stress.

So we decided to keep The Game Outlet as a long-term option for publishers going forward.

Important clarification: remaining inventory only

To be 100% clear:
The Game Outlet is not a substitute for crowdfunding fulfillment.

It is intended for remaining inventory after fulfillment—units that would otherwise sit in storage indefinitely.

Board Game Consignment Offer (Remaining Inventory Only)

If you have remaining inventory in Canada and want it to sell through without consuming your team’s time, Pick & Pack Logistics can offer board game consignment via The Game Outlet.

In plain language:

  • your remaining inventory stays in our warehouse
  • we list it on The Game Outlet only with your approval (including how it’s presented)
  • we pick, pack, and ship orders
  • we provide regular reporting and payout on an agreed schedule

This is designed for remaining inventory only—not full catalog retail programs.

Who Board Game Consignment is For

This is a good fit if you have:

  • leftover copies after a campaign ships
  • older titles you want to clear without spending internal time
  • remaining stock already in Canada that should sell through gradually
  • multiple SKUs that need careful handling

If you’re exploring board game consignment for remaining inventory in Canada, we’d be happy to review fit and next steps.

We’re Back to Sharing Campaign Updates (Canada)

Kickstarter fulfillment Canada is the final step where a board game campaign becomes real for backers. Starting in 2020, we shared campaign updates regularly—then paused as volumes grew.

We’re bringing those updates back with a clearer purpose and a consistent format.

What to Expect From Our Kickstarter Fulfillment Canada Updates

To keep things useful (and avoid repeating the same content), future posts will be intentionally short and campaign-specific. Each update will include:

  • Campaign name + publisher
  • Canadian fulfillment start date
  • Scope (orders, configurations, EN/FR where applicable)
  • Status (in progress / completed)

Each post is a simple Kickstarter fulfillment Canada snapshot: campaign, scope, start date, and status.

We’ll keep these updates operational and easy to scan. If you’re a backer, they’ll help you understand when Canadian shipping has started and when the main wave is complete. If you’re a publisher, they provide concrete examples of how we run Canadian fulfillment across different campaign sizes and configurations.

How Kickstarter Fulfillment Canada Works With Pick & Pack Logistics

Every project is different, but the flow is consistent:

1) Plan & import

We confirm timelines, quantities, and configurations for Canada, then align on the best route to bring inventory into our Mississauga warehouse.

2) Receive & prepare

We receive and reconcile inbound inventory, store it on pallets, and prepare campaign-specific picking logic and workflows.

3) Ship & support

We pick, pack, and ship orders across Canada with tracking. We also support Canadian backers in English and French, and handle exceptions and returns as needed.

We keep publishers updated at key milestones — and when something needs attention, we surface it early and coordinate next steps clearly.
