Every project is different, but the flow is consistent:
1) Plan & import
We confirm timelines, quantities, and configurations for Canada, then align on the best route to bring inventory into our Mississauga warehouse.
2) Receive & prepare
We receive and reconcile inbound inventory, store it on pallets, and prepare campaign-specific picking logic and workflows.
3) Ship & support
We pick, pack, and ship orders across Canada with tracking. We also support Canadian backers in English and French, and handle exceptions and returns as needed.
We keep publishers updated at key milestones — and when something needs attention, we surface it early and coordinate next steps clearly.
