Receiving

You can ship your goods to our warehouse in Mississauga (Canada).

Or we pick them up at their current location (including any US fulfillment center, like Quartermaster Logistics, or their factory location) – you choose.

We take care of customs clearing on your behalf with our broker, so that your project is “CA friendly”.

When your shipment is received in our warehouse, we check its accuracy and condition, and send you a report within the day.

Picking and Packing

We double check your order/backer list with you.

We send an email to all your backers to confirm their address.

We get the most suitable and eco-friendly packaging.

We organize and schedule picking and packing in a fast and reliable way, that will satisfy your needs.

Shipping

Every day, the packages we’ve prepared are picked up by Canada Post, the leading postal operator in Canada, or by an alternative renowned carrier we work with (Purolator, Canpar or UPS) in case of special needs (large order, multipiece, etc.). An email with a tracking number is automatically sent to every recipient.

You can follow the campaign progress on our online platform. At the end of the shipping campaign, you get a full report.

We manage after the shipping any customer service issue, and keep you informed of anything unexpected.
