Board game consignment is a simple way for publishers to sell through remaining inventory after fulfillment—without leftover stock becoming a distraction. That’s why Pick & Pack Logistics built The Game Outlet: a structured outlet to sell remaining board game inventory in Canada.

Remaining inventory isn’t “bad planning.” It’s normal in crowdfunding and publishing.

The real issue is what happens afterward:

  • inventory sits on pallets for months
  • storage costs continue

It’s run by a team that already handles board game operations every day—receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, and customer service—so execution stays consistent and professional.

Why we created it (and why now)

The Game Outlet was created as part of a recovery effort following Final Frontier Games—where a practical, transparent way to sell remaining inventory only was needed to close the loop responsibly.

That experience highlighted something important: when remaining inventory is managed with a real process, it creates value instead of stress.

So we decided to keep The Game Outlet as a long-term option for publishers going forward.

Important clarification: remaining inventory only

To be 100% clear:
The Game Outlet is not a substitute for crowdfunding fulfillment.

It is intended for remaining inventory after fulfillment—units that would otherwise sit in storage indefinitely.

If you have remaining inventory in Canada and want it to sell through without consuming your team’s time, Pick & Pack Logistics can offer board game consignment via The Game Outlet.

In plain language:

  • your remaining inventory stays in our warehouse

  • we pick, pack, and ship orders

Kickstarter fulfillment Canada is the final step where a board game campaign becomes real for backers. Starting in 2020, we shared campaign updates regularly—then paused as volumes grew.

We’re bringing those updates back with a clearer purpose and a consistent format.

What to Expect From Our Kickstarter Fulfillment Canada Updates

To keep things useful (and avoid repeating the same content), future posts will be intentionally short and campaign-specific. Each update will include:

  • Campaign name + publisher
  • Canadian fulfillment start date
  • Scope (orders, configurations, EN/FR where applicable)
  • Status (in progress / completed)
